The Telestream Premium Support First Year for ScreenFlow is an optional one-year support plan for new purchases of ScreenFlow. It provides you with telephone support, priority response whether you call or send an email, and 25% discounts on software upgrades for the duration of the plan.
As a Premium Support member, you will also be eligible for Remote Access Services (RAS), which is a fast and secure method of allowing a support technician to access your computer and identify and resolve an issue quickly. Support hours are 8AM – 5PM pacific time, excluding holidays. Telestream aims to respond within 8 business hours, with Premium members taking first priority.

Prior to shipping We will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've ordered. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hrs. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing, and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. The stock levels may fluctuate at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order could be unable to fill once you've placed your order.
The policy is for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you've purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.
The item you purchase must be in the original packaging and be unused. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
