Users can also take control of their PTZ cameras using video production software such as OBS, Livestream Studio, Wirecast, vMix, mimoLive or Tricaster — or check out one of our hardware joystick controllers such as our IP joystick, serial joystick, or the SuperJoy. The inventory is always changing, and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. The stock levels may fluctuate at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order could be unable to fill once you've placed your order.
The policy is for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you've purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.
The item you purchase must be in the original packaging and be unused. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
